By using Dive Camera, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Important water safety warning
Dive Camera does not make your phone, case, ports, seals, or accessories waterproof. You must use appropriate water-protection equipment and follow every depth, duration, temperature, inspection, maintenance, and usage limit provided by the phone and case manufacturers. Never assume that a device's water-resistance rating makes it safe for swimming or underwater photography.
Purpose and licence
Dive Camera lets you control the camera with physical buttons and blocks accidental viewfinder touches while the Android device is locked. Features may behave differently depending on the Android version, device manufacturer, case, selected storage location, and hardware.
Underwater mode and physical-button capture require a secure screen lock on the device: a PIN, password, or pattern. A swipe-only lock is not sufficient because Android does not report it to the app as a secure locked state.
Subject to these terms and applicable law, Senko Apps Project grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for lawful personal purposes. The app and its design remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Safe and lawful use
You are responsible for lawful recording, respecting privacy, and obtaining any required consent. Do not use the app where photography or video recording is prohibited.
Underwater use can damage a device and create personal safety risks. Water-resistance ratings, seals, cases, buttons, battery condition, temperature limits, depth limits, and manufacturer warranties vary. Inspect and use equipment according to its manufacturer's instructions, remain aware of your surroundings, and do not rely on Dive Camera as safety or life-support equipment, a dive computer, a navigation or rescue tool, or a means of emergency communication.
Your media and backups
Photos and videos you create remain yours. Senko Apps Project obtains no ownership rights in them, has no access to them, and receives no copy from the app.
You are responsible for confirming that captures were saved and creating backups. Storage can fail or become unavailable. The app may be interrupted by Android, low storage, battery loss, overheating, revoked permissions, system events, or hardware limitations.
Purchase and consumer rights
Dive Camera is sold through Google Play as a one-time purchase. The price is shown before purchase. The purchase is processed by Google Play, and refund requests must be submitted through Google Play. Where applicable law provides for it, you have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. This right may be lost when digital content is supplied immediately with your prior consent and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost. The exact scope of withdrawal and refund rights depends on the law of your country of residence. These terms do not limit any mandatory right to a refund, remedy for non-conforming digital content, or other consumer protection.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without voluntary warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or case, waterproofing, or preservation of media.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Senko Apps Project is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, mandatory guarantees of conformity, or damage to a device for which applicable consumer law requires a remedy.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. For material changes, we will update the text and effective date and bring the change to your attention in the app when reasonably possible. Changes do not reduce rights that have already arisen under mandatory law. If you do not agree with updated terms, you may stop using the app, revoke permissions, and uninstall it.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable law and contact
The developer is located in the Republic of Cyprus, and these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of habitual residence or restrict their right to bring proceedings before a competent court where they live when applicable law provides that right.
